Welcome to Radiant Vitality Health & Wellness! Below you’ll find answers to some of the most common questions we receive about our services, policies, and patient experience.

Do you accept insurance?

No. Radiant Vitality is a concierge, cash-pay practice. This means we focus on personalized care, longer visits, and direct access to your provider without the restrictions of insurance networks. Payment is due at the time of service.

How do I book an appointment?

All visits are by appointment only. You can book online through our Booking Page or by contacting us directly. Some services (like aesthetics or hormone therapy) may require a discovery call or lab review before treatment.

Radiant Vitality is primarily a telehealth practice, though select services (such as injections, IV hydration, and aesthetics) are available in person. Locations for in-person appointments must be confirmed in advance for availability.

We accept major credit/debit cards, HSA/FSA cards. Payment plans or subscriptions may be available for select services.

Lab testing may be ordered as part of your initial evaluation or ongoing care. Costs for labs are discussed upfront and are not included in standard consultation fees.

Because of the nature of medical treatments and medications, all sales are final once a service or prescription has been provided. Please review our service policies carefully before booking.

Can I use insurance for my prescriptions or labs?

Yes—while Radiant Vitality does not bill insurance, you may use your insurance for outside labs or pharmacy prescriptions if your plan covers them. Some medications and injections are compounded and dispensed directly by Radiant Vitality.  We do not submit superbills for insurance use/ reimbursement. 

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

We ask that all cancellations or reschedules be made at least 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
